Disruptive devices,
including, but not limited to, CD players, I-Pods, headphones, radios, and
electronic toys/games ARE NOT allowed to be used in classrooms.

Pagers, cell phones, text-messengers, two-way radios and
any other electronic signaling devices are no longer prohibited on school
campuses in the state of California. However, these items ARE NOT allowed
to be turned on or in use during instructional time. The use of the camera
function on camera phones may be considered a violation of privacy, and is
not allowed.

Items of no reasonable use include, but are not limited
to: permanent markers (Penal Code §594.2), laser pointers (Penal Code
§417.27), aerosol containers (Penal Code §594.1), spikes (CA Ed. Code §
48900b) and water pistols.
