About Me!!!

Hi, my name is Kathryn Rinderle. I am excited to be teaching US History, AP US History and a new class on campus Freshman Seminar.

This is my 6th year teaching at Pioneer and I'm very excited about what this year holds. Prior to teaching at Pioneer, I lived and taught in Texas (2 years in Houston and 2 years in San Antonio). It is hard to believe that I have been teaching for what will be 10 years. Before living in Texas, I grew up in Nebraska; graduating from the University of Nebraska in 2001 with a degree in History and Secondary Social Studies Teaching.

When I'm not teaching I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, who luckily live close by, working on home improvement projects, camping, and watching movies. I've been married for 3 years and my husband and I are excitedly expecting our first child this October.

I look forward to working with you and your students. Please help me making this a meaningful and purposeful year. Feel free to contact me via School Loop or email, kathryn.rinderle@wjusd.org.
