CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
Pioneer High School offers a variety of clubs to give students the opportunity to socialize with other students with common interests and talents.
Some clubs meet once a month, others meet every week to plan, organize and develop club activities, events and/or community improvements and partnerships. Some clubs have academic requirements to join.
Clubs are free and open to students and there is no limit to the number of clubs a student can join. Please note that the clubs offered can change from year to year depending on student interest and availability of club advisors.

Brown Issues
Brown Issues is a statewide youth-led advocacy organization that utilizes healing, civic engagement, and narrative change to help young people find their agency and create systematic change within their communities.

Chess
Every weekday @ Lunch in D204California Scholarship Federation
The California Scholarship Federation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to recognize and encourage academic achievement and community service among middle and high school students in California. There are approximately 1500 chapters in middle school and high schools throughout the state, and each chapter is comprised of students members who meet eligibility requirements. Each chapter is led by a staff adviser.
Eligible students become members by submitting applications based on their report card grades. Membership is for one semester, and membership drives are held each semester within established periods dictated by the State bylaws.
Conferences are held annually, and student awards recognizing scholastic achievement and community service are presented.

Community Health

Desi Club is a club to help bring awareness of South Asian culture, celebrates South Asian festivals and promote unity between different cultures through holding events and hosting actvities.
Environmental
Meets: Every other Wednesday at lunch (usually1st and 3rd Wednesday) in room S110
FFA
FFA is a dynamic youth organization that changes lives and prepares members for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
FFA develops members’ potential and helps them discover their talent through hands-on experiences, which give members the tools to achieve real-world success.
FFA is an intracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership.

Key
Key Club is an international, student-led organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership.

M.E.Ch.A
Model UN
Meetings - Mondays at lunch in room C103
Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real world issues with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country.
National Honor Society
The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

Robotics
Team 5458 is a robotics team based in Woodland, CA. Digital Minds introduces students to the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Students build leadership and communication skills while working with fellow students. We open for pathways for students to succeed in both STEM and business fields by using real hands-on experience alongside professionals. Team 5458 is an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.
